Really Right Stuff Customer Service?????

Postby Spooky on Sun Apr 01, 2007 8:33 pm

Heard a lot of good things about this company and I want to buy some gear off them.

I have emailed them 3 times over the past 2 weeks to their advertised email address asking a couple of simple questions and have not got a reply. Is this usual for this company?

Is there a secret phrase or something in order to get a reply? :(

I've never had a problem getting replies back within 2-3 days (address was info@reallyrightstuff.com).

Try sending from another email address? I know sometimes one of my email addresses will have problems getting through to some people and sometimes the other address will have problems :)

Well took your advice and it hasn't worked. Still no response for two weeks, I have sent four emails, two from two different addresses.

My question is in relation to a planned purchase, hate to see their response time if I was chasing a warranty issue.

this has been discussed before

ytou need to actually call them on the phone if you want a prompt reply

even their checkout service with credit card facility is not so re-ssuring
firstly they dont even tell you if the item is in stock
they force you to enter credit card details first

then the checkout tells you if the item is on backorder or not

how nuts

i once ordered a rrs plate it was on backorder had already paid they never notified me that it was on backorder till i called them up months later

Not so Wendell, you cant even check out if it says it's out of stock.
However they may have updated there system since your problem but even when I bought my D70 L plate over 2 years ago it was the same as it is now.
