Photographer Bill Henson

Postby beej on Sun Feb 06, 2005 1:20 pm

Did anyone catch the story of Channel Nine's Sunday program this morning on the Australian photographer Bill Henson?

Amazing photographer, captures the human emotion wonderfully, even though a little on the dark side.

He has a grand exibition running at the Art Gallery of NSW at the moment (runs till 3rd of April). I highly recommend it.

If only he swapped his Canon for a Nikon :)

Sorry Geoff, I didn't think to record it.

And the Sunday website doesn't have the transcript :(

Here is some info on the story:

Maybe they will update it with a transcript later as it just aired this morning.

He'll also have a show at the Roslyn Oxley9 Gallery come March (I think...)

I'll ask him if wants to borrow my D70 when I see him next... maybe...
