Absolutely beautiful photo

Postby gooseberry on Tue Feb 08, 2005 1:11 pm

I came across this photo taken by a guy called nowhereatoll - some of you might have seen his pictures on dpreview - he posts some of the most beautiful pictures from the tropical island where he lives.

Anyway, saw this photo and thought other might enjoy viewing it too.

Yes, I knew him and he got an excellent talent, saw many of his works, mainly in landscape.
He's the one, who shocks people with all his skills anh he's a young fellow under 20 YO.

I agree, it's a beautiful shot...

The Exif reads 15mm at F/2.8; sounds very interesting to me: a fast wide angle!

Anybody has an idea what lens was he using?

I believe he is using the Sigma 15mm fisheye and then stitching to make panoramas.
