anyone has access to an industrial estate

hi

anyone here own an industrial estate with machinery on it

basically i need access to a industrial estate

it can be a fabrication plant, coffe making place, cememnt place, oil refinery, train yard, car manufacturing plant, junk yard, car dump, construction site, industrial warehouse

im just locaiton scouting for upcoming projects

i know theres heaps of red taper involved with access to these sort of places but i i can work that out with you

Hi Wendell, it might be worth changing your title with "own or have access to". There are probably more people here who have access to an industrial estate than actually own one :wink:

I would think wrecking yards would probably be happy to have a few models wandering about without too big a fee

thanks guys

essentially im a location scout for my new agency the nest and any project im involved in i have to do the scouting for it and the logisital side
until i get higher up in that agency and someone else can handle production for me

i know lots of people here work in factories and warehouses so thats why i ask

I know of one that has a lot of bright yellow caterpillar equipment in it that would be useful, and a gritty workshop..

Also, there's some pretty old-school buildings in the dunheved industrial estate out west..

Lithgow zig zag railway station has similar look to your link Wendell. First thing I thought of when I saw the pic. Good luck location scout. :)
