Who carries his camera manual everywhere the camera goes? Some of the functions which I do not use on a regular basis can be a little hard to find othertwise.

Yeah, I used to carry the manual with me... but that was for about a week... now I rarely even touch the thing.

I use my camera every single day - both in busines and pleasure. Next month I will be 60 and as such the old grey matter is beginning to fail a little - so I can forsee the day when I have the manual nailed to my thigh

Chris I turned sixty late last year, and I blame anyting I stuff up on my age

Oneputt, I am not as old as you, and not until I saw your post realised the manual is still in my camera bag since day one (I read the manual as an A4 PDF, easier on the eyes). Now that is forgetfull

hehe, i just checked and mine is still in my bag too I havent seen it for ages.

Guilty, it is in my 'Lowepro' Mini Trekker AWII all the time .

In between ordering and finally receiving my D70, I downloaded the manual and printed it on double-sided A4 - I don't think I've ever looked in the miniature one that came with the camera! It stays at home though, it's a bit big for the camera bag.

Nailed? Hey..I can get you a surgical stapler, cosmetically it will look MUCH better

Keep mine with the camera........ now where did I put that bag with the D70 book..........

Must admit mine is also in my bag where i put it when i first got it, you never know just incase i needed to to referance to something. But havent touched it.
