hi guys i just purchased a 580 EX II from photobuff, smooth and fast purchase. but im writing to get some help with batteries for it, does anyone know what is the best batteries for it that will last and hold charge after charging over and over, any advice would be appreciated.

If you are taling about AAs then do a search on this forum for 'Eneloop' batteries. It's all been said.

the eneloop batteries are a godsend
