Tribute to Birddog! There's a movie on Channel 7 (named Bat*21) right now with a character named, you guessed it 'Birddog'
When a high-ranking military official is left behind enemy lines in Vietnam, a courageous pilot and fellow officer must risk his life to save him. Based on a true story.
Did someone drop Birddog in Canon territory?

Birddog is our Man Behind Enemy Lines, If it wasn't for him getting me great prices on great lenses I'd be bankrupt.
Enjoy the film Mic.
Birddog used to be a callsign for all FAC(Forward Air Controller) and the unit and individual number is the number to follow after Birddog. When we assigned to work with the Allied Forces in a joint operation. Bat21 is another FAC callsign of the USAF in that era. Birddog114

It was strange Birdy - they kept on screaming your name, it quite reminded me of my dreams, except mine went 'birddog, birddog may day, I need more lenses' Geoff Last edited by Geoff on Mon Feb 21, 2005 7:23 am, edited 1 time in total.
I was talking to Geoff and recording it... after he told me about it...
