D3, too good to be true?

Postby Grev on Mon Apr 21, 2008 10:13 am

I saw this ad in prophoto, an American photography magazine, this ad was with the two big companies like Adorama and B&Hphoto, well here it is... http://www.bwayphoto.com/viewproduct.aspx?id=9530380

The price of the D3 is $3933 American and the D300 is $1381...

Sounds fantastic, and it does seem to be genuine...

I'd avoid them, they dont sound very trustworthy with such large dollar orders.

bait and switch merchants !!
i had to cancel a CC after trying to buy something they did not have.

check your card for a few months to make sure they don't "accidently" charge you for something

they get an absolute bagging about their practices in some of the US forums i'm in.
