I'm looking for some filter stack caps:

Does anyone know of a local supply route?

Dunno - but the item under them looks like something Killa should be investing in after his camouflage effort at the Wetlands!...

...No doubt Birddog already has one!

I don't think you are going to find anyone in OZ.

In view that the Australian Dollar is trading @ 0.79 an expected to break through .8 soon, it is a good time to order from Kirk or another supplier in the USA. Once ordered, you should have them within 4-6 working days.

ta ta for now,
:)

I guess so - with an item that small the frieght costs almost as much as the item. I've ordered from them before. It's just a little frustrating I didn't realise I needed them back then!!

Even the dollar at 0.80, if you order an item = $20.00, you will have to pay aoround US$15.00 -20.00 for shipping and handling charges.
The way they work is:
Shipping cost: $15.00 an additional of $10.00 for packaging and send someone to the post office to post it for you, that why you always got S& H charges. Not happens here in Australia.
If I order from RRS with the value of $200.00, S&H is the same with $15.00 order.

Hmm, something just occurred to me. I wonder if you couldn't use one of the back covers with a hole cut in it, glued to the lens, to fit filters on the Sigma 12-24? :)
