Are there any InDesign uses here?

I have some In Design templates which I need to resize and I have no idea how to do it
IE: I have a page template which is 11''x14'' and I want to resize to 11''x12.5'' (or close enough)
If there are any InDesign users can you please let me know how I resize pages.
