Wouldn't it be nice ...
Kubica wins ...
Massa comes in P4.
Our favourite wanka fails to gain a place.
Interesting tidbit from the pre-race ... Bruno Senna (nephew of ...) maybe getting a seat for 2009?

Remind me not to use you as a fortune teller Gary
Just finished following the race on the net and the "wanker" has just extended his lead.

And I was just expressing some wishful thinking, Phillip.

Nah ...
He needs to lose a tyre on the third-last lap ... while coming about 5th.

I think he should lose some points (anyone think of a rule that will allow that?)

Did I miss the follow up discussions on the F1 conclusion..............to stir it up..........quote I read
"For the torture they've put the haters through. Delirium to anguish in half a lap, perfect script. Now Glock is the anti-christ or Judas Iscariot reborn; pathetic."

No, we've not yet started those discussions, but now would be as good a time as any.
What I heard was that Glock was saying that his tyres went off and he lost adhesion. Yes, perhaps, but he was being passed almost as if he was stationary. Stationery, even.
Were that race to have been held just two days later, in Melbourne, I'm sure that swabs would have been called for. Something doesn't quite smell right to me.

Any truth in the rumors that Glock is signing for McClaren?

That season (2002) Schumacher was never going to be challenged for the Driver's title and Barrachello was ordered by his team to do so, from what I have heard, at the time it was not an illegal thing to do.
I did not watch the last race of the season this year, so i have no comments on Glock and Hamilton.

barra was also in the same team. i have no problem with TEAM orders. but from another team ? thats not right in my opinion.
i wonder how the poms would react should the situation have been reversed and alonso slowed to let massa thru to win ? the same way i would suspect.
anyway...none of that changes anything. hamilton is still WC and still a wanker.

The Ferrari incident was before they brought in regulations banning team orders like that, so even if Glock was Hamilton's team mate it would not be ok according to today's rules.
Oh well, what is done is done, nothing is going to change that now, too bad for Massa!

Don't forget that in the subject race (China), Massa "passed" Räikkönen. Same team, not team orders as such, but pretty much the same thing.

yepp. and this has happened upteen times since the "rule" was brought into place. it was a stupid, lame duck of a rule from day 1 that could never be enforced.
"my hand froze up and all i could find was a box full of neutrals."
"woops, had a bit of an off, lost concentration for a second."
etc etc etc...

That is true, it is not going to be easy to enforce. I think it kind of removes the purpose of a team, if you know that the extra points is going to help your team mate to secure the title you should be able to let them pass, but it makes no sense to let someone from another team to pass though.
