Elinchrom Skyport QuestionHi Folks, I've got the opportunity to buy a Elinchrom Skyport universal set for a pretty good price. My reason for purchasing them is for remote shooting, over no more than 20 - 30 metres outdoors for a Nikon D2h. Is anyone using these as triggers for cameras? I know they dont have the same range as PW's, but I need to be extremely mindful of finances, Cheers! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc http://www.awbphotos.com.au
Re: Elinchrom Skyport QuestionThere have been quite a few threads about these and Pocket Wizards - I would recommend that you use the "Search" function. Here's one about the Skyports: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=30829&hilit=+skyport TFF (Trevor) My History Blog: Your Brisbane: Past & Present My Photo Blog: The Foto Fanatic Nikon stuff!
Re: Elinchrom Skyport QuestionYeah, read that thread mate. Doesn't really answer if anyone is using them for remote shots on a D2h, which is what I need to know. None of the others seem to answer the question either 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc http://www.awbphotos.com.au
