Folder Naming in the S5 Pro

I was using the S5 Pro that resides at my place today and when I was transferred the photos to my computer I realised that the folder had incremented to 103_FUJI despite the camera having only taken 1700 odd photos. I do share my cards between the D300 and the S5 Pro but always format them in camera prior to using them. Is there anyway to get the camera to revert back to 100_FUJI and the same file number?
File numbering is set on continuous.
