Feel free to catch up at one of the mini meets, You will learn all kinds of tips there and also probably get to play with some other camera gear and stuff you wouldnt normally see.

Hi all - I am also a newbie and an addict.
Great site and very helpful members (had an "issue" with a new lens solved quickly).
May have to build up my skills and confidence before i unleash my photos on you all though...
