This is a photo from the 2009 Inauguration, In which you can see
the face of each individual in the crowd.

You can scan and zoom to any section of the
crowd. . . wait a few seconds. . . and the focus adjusts.

The picture was taken with a robotic camera at 1,474 megapixels.

Why do you need to abbreviate Barama ("Brama") to Barry? BTW, look 4 rows behind Dubya: the stitching wasn't perfect...

There are several areas of the image where the stitching was less than ideal. I think that, in the original thread, somebody mentioned the sound engineer with four arms.

And just look at this poor guy ...

Just think - somewhere out there a legless man is no longer wondering where his boots are!

Actually I don't think that the stitching was all that bad. A lot of the "anomalies" were surely due to subject movement between overlapping shots rather than a problem with the stitching algorithm. There were multiple shots on both a horizontal, and a vertical axis as I understand it, not just a horizontal axis only.

I had to look at this quite a number of times before I saw the "legs". My first, second, third and fourth looks only saw that sad neglected looking Nikon on the ground.
