Bushfire relief fundraiser pics for sale

Postby Big Red on Thu Feb 12, 2009 9:04 pm

Withns has opened a Redbubble site and some of the members here have uploaded some pics for sale with more being added all the time.

Have a look at
http://www.redbubble.com/people/overlander4wd

If you see something you like you can buy online in a variety of styles and sizes and it will be sent out to you with all profits going to the Bushfire relief fund.

Shane, I think the reasons sales are slow is that the term 'profits' go to the appeal. There is no explanation of the cut or how much or little goes to the appeal. It seems like Red Bubble isn't donating anything, just taking their standard cut. Might help sales to let people know how much is going to the appeal.

Withns has sent an email to redbubble asking them to lower their take on the sales, not sure if she received a reply though.
she has also asked for the money to be paid straight to the bushfire relief fund.

sales were up to 15 yesterday so thats an improvement.
