I`m after a dedicated rain cover to fit my D300 + battery grip and 300mmf4 lens.
Anyone have any experience on purchasing something like this within Australia (Brisbane area).
I`ve seen a couple on the net but would like to have a look first, as they are not cheap.

As a quick solution, I always keep an Op/Tech rain sleeve in my bag. It will fit your setup easily. I have a similar setup and it fits. They can be bought easily on ebay. I have used duracom on ebay for the ones I bought.

For a more dedicated rain cover, the Aquatech are probably one of the best in the world these days. A bonus is that they are an Australian company. I'm sure if you give them a call, they should be able to get you in contact with a shop in Brisbane that carries some of them.

Cheers,

André

Thanx for the info guys.
I think I`ll go for the Storm Jacket as it`s less than half the price of the Aquatec.
Both look to be pretty good.
