what do i need to do before i can get paid for photoshoots

i would of put this in the business section of the forum but it wont let me make a thread there.

just looking at what i would need to do eg paperwork and such, before i accept money from people

i have a few people interested in nighttime photoshoots of there cars, but there forum has turned a bit nasty since i posted up on there, because i am not a sponser of there forum. so better to save my behind before i accept there money for the photoshoots.

im guessing i need to register it as a business, what forms do i need for that.

and is there anything else i would need to do?

I have an ABN and business insurance also. Always good to have your gear insured for business use and public liability (10 million), I also registered as a business.

Thats about it really.
