Do most places sell the EU frequencies ones? I've seen some local stores sells the US frequency ones and supposedly illegal here...

I also want to ask, does anybody know where I can get a cheap set of pocket wizards at the moment?

In theory the older type of unit should come down in price though? They got the new TTL models don't they?

That's theory :)

I've found that for when i need TTL (read, never) I use Nikon CLS, but when I want total control over my flashes, i use the PW in manual mode in any case.

What is the difference between the Plus II and the Multimax ones? I've only got the Plus II ones.

I think the multi-max allows more channels. And it looks sexier.

Ok, another question, if I want to fire 3 flashes with one pocket wizard, is it possible? I'm not sure if it has enough voltage to trigger all 3...

You see, I bought 2 of the lastolite triflash mounts and just need to know how to trigger them wirelessly... :P Aside from optical triggers that is...

if u want to fire three flashes, then u need four PWs. One PW for each flash, plus on on the camera to fire it.

One Pocket Wizard will fire two flash's, a three millimeter double adapter jack plug will do the trick, a few bucks from Dick Smiths, I use two P/W to fire two SB800 and two SB900's with no problems.

If the flash heads have inbuilt optical triggers, then all you need to do is trigger just the first flash which, in turn, will trigger the rest.

Not tri mount, 2 flash,s one P/W, my setup can be seen in the forground, shot with 400 2.8 at about 400feet, P/W's are the only way to go.
