The photographers name is Harry How, a getty sports shooter in the US. There are 3 vid's, about 9 minutes each as he explains what he carries and why. Some good info in there, even if you consider yourself a reasonably experienced shooter.

Only issue is he's a Canon shooter, but they all are at Getty's.

It was nice to watch even though he is Canon...funny how he seemed to get the lenses mixed up a bit with older model lenses. I was very suprised by the fact he carries a mid range zoom...and only one spare battery.
