Shooting in the Snow

Hey,
I'm heading off for a one day shoot in the snow with a model and one assistant this coming weekend. Having lived in Denver (now many years ago) and been a keen skier in my younger days (also seems many years ago) I'm quite familar with moutain conditions and some of the environmental factors you can face. I've been making a list and checking it twice what equipment to take (we also plan to film this shoot) on this long day trip. Also thinking how we'll apply our gear and utilise the Nikon CLS syetem.
If any member has any input from your own experiences shooting in the snow (models or not) I'd gladly welcome your thoughts.
Thanks,
Hudo
