An official logo Polo shirt and base ball cap

Postby birddog114 on Mon Sep 13, 2004 4:35 pm

Gary + Forum's member,
I'm thinking to introduce a polo shirt and a base ball cap with our D70 forum's logo for all our members, what do you think?
Cost about $30.00 with the embroidered logo (Polo + cap, for all size). Good quality material of both.
If yes then we have to think of the design of the logo for D70 Down Under, need some artist's hand here.
Please raise your interest.

Leigh's already working on the logo and a basic layout for the primary website and forum, so that part's well under control.

The cap and t-shirt is merely a matter of time, once we have the artwork done.

I guess I just need to get the whip out onto my son ... :)

Thanks Gary,
Perhaps we will wear Polo and cap at every meet.
I've done some polo + cap for my Company to give away to our customers for the coming summer so I think of the community as well.

Birddog,

Yes, been peripherally (that's a big word for a Monday!) involved myself in doing some through the Alfa Romeo Owners' Club and the Sydney Blues Society as well.

I have raised my interest (to just above the desk)

Put me down for one set. We in the Melbourne chapter will definitely wear it to the meetings, won't I.

cheers

JordanP,
I saw 3 of your posts, is that means you want three sets? BTW, I'm waiting for Gary and Leigh to finish the Artwork, then show them to the community. As soon as I get the approval of the logo design, I'll start to order, will take about two weeks, Hopefully we will have them in early Nov. perhaps for the meet of the fly up to Mudgee, winery tour in mid Nov.

I was only told about getting the artwork done for this late Tuesday (dad didn't seem to get that whip out, it appears...) so I'm sticking this on my "I'll do when I'm really bored in class" list as opposed to my usual sleep.

In all seriousness, I'll post some logos up by the weekend for people to vote on.
