I remember when the "red dot and line" appeared a while ago. How long has your D70 been in sick bay?

Hope your favorite toy isn't away too much longer and you get to play again soon...

Is it a warranty job?

Hi Mudder,

thanks for your interest.
The D70 has been away for two weeks or ten working days.
The estimate is 15 working days, so hopefully I'll get it back soon.
And yes I believe that this is a warranty job.

The absence of the camera gives me a good opportunity to go through my photos instead of just adding to the chaos on my harddisk.

Have a nice Easter

Christian

Hope your camera is discharged from hospital soon and you can get back to making it work instead of lazing around at Maxwell's
