Hi guys,
I need your advice here on a topic that i think has been discussed a million times. I am just about to get some equipment together to film some of our company's stuff. Tutorials, Events, Event Trailers, gym videos and some budget tv commercials. In the past i have hired various cameras for that (7d, 5d mark ii) but now its time to get my own stuff.
I also do some photo shootings for our websites, print promotions etc ...so need a camera that is flexible for events, great for photos, great video quality and in my budget :-)
The budget is around $2000 for a camera , 1-2 basic lenses and a mic.

In the past 2-3 weeks i have read heaps of threads about all cameras and decided that my top 3 would be the Canon 7d, Canon 60d and the new Olympus OM-D.
I am leaning towards the OM-D but then also a nice 7d with a 50mm 1.4 lens and the kit lens 18-135mm would also be good.

Is there a equivalent lens (50mm 1.4)for the Olympus or could i have the same result with the kit lens 12-50mm??
I have see some great videos of the olympus and must admit it can compare to the 7d. I also have seen a lot of 60 or 7d uesers changing to the new Olympus....

hmmm.. what do you experts here think??
