55mm 1.2 US $320--good deal?

Is this a good deal for a good lens? Just started purusing for the great 1.2's and stumbled upon this one in Canada.

If you still have film camera then it's excellent, Nikon FE2 is perfect companion with this lens. On the D70 is not too great but on the D2h/s or D2x or F5, it can be used as perfect low lighting lens.
The 55mm/1.2 is not so popular as the 58 Noct.

There's a 50mm 1.2 AI-S on a Nikon FE for sale here in Australia too... I think it's even one of our members that is selling it...
