...what printer do you prefer?
first one for me a few years ago was HP, so-so.
then Epson, loved it...now got myself the Pixma3000, unreal the speed for text documents, haven't printed images yet, if you have this or any other Canon, what do you think of them...and...which printer do you have?

A poor Epson 2100 and a new Epson R1800 on back-ordered.

There are probably three or four rather long threads devoted to this question. A quick search should point you in the right direction
Also, it would be helpful to include a meaningful subject in the first post of a new thread, to help others find what they want to know in the future

You know I was just thinking the same thing... and then I realised that it's probably because he can't yet access the Member's section...
I'm going to have to talk to Dad about restructuring some of the "featured forums" of the member's forum.

Are these invisable to "non-members"? I thought it was just that they couldn't post to them?
Jacob: I'm not trying to discourage new people posting questions, but it makes it difficult to keep up when meaningful subjects aren't on the post. It's also a subject that has been (as I said) covered in depth a number of times - wasn't aware you may not be able to see these previous discussions

Oh he can see it, but it's just that.
He can't post.
Which makes it difficult when you've got a question to ask about a topic that should be in a different section.
This makes for icky forum structural mechanics.

Very little here is invisible.

I've just fixed that too. Thanx for bringing it to our attention.
