L-bracket for tripod mounting of D70

Postby endymion on Thu Dec 23, 2004 4:11 pm

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes. Moderators, please move this message as necessary.

I'm after a L-bracket for tripod mounting of my D70. I could get the same effect by buying a ball head tripod head but I suspect an L-bracket is cheaper than buying another tripod head (and having a useless spare pan/tilt mount).

Any advice gratefully received.

Cheers,

Bruce

Hi Bruce

There has been plenty of discussion about L brackets here

Bruce,
When talking about L bracket, you have to talk about ballhead with QRP, they are married couple and you could not separate them.
If you have an L bracket but no ballhead with QRP and dove tail, that means useless, or vice versa.
