Newcastle (UK) Mini-meet

Postby Charlie Chalk on Sun Apr 10, 2005 4:48 pm

Hi

realise its short notice, but the North East of England Division of D70Users are all going on 'location' to Cumbria today, anyone else wishing to tag along is more than welcome.

We have a 100% turnout again (that'll be just me then!) so we should have some pictures to post this evening.

There is s'posed to be alot of interesting cloud cover over in the lakes, and it says its not likely to rain (yeah right!) so fingers crossed.

Anyway if you fancy it let me know, you've got around 2 and a half hours before we (I) set off.

Sounds like my staff christmas party - I am the only one that turns up

Try my best

I'm hopefully going to get some keepers with my new 14mm lens, not done much with it yet, so thought The Lakes would be a good place to try it out.

Charlie,

Have a great day, with many keepers :) . At least you can do it at your own pace, and offend nobody. Look forward to your shots upon return.

Minutes will be taken, full breakdown of the North Eastern members kit will be taken etc.

I'll post the pictures as soon as I can, I only need to get through this backlog of PP work.....
