On that note - having been a loyal follower of the Guide since reading the first of the four-book trilogy in (I think) 1979 or 80, I was a little disappointed with the screen portrayal of your adopted avatar. It reminded me of a toddler, waddling around like that, and Alan Rickman's vocal seemed wrong. IMHO, and in my mind's eye, Marvin should have been quite large, dark and foreboding - like his personality. The voice should have been deeper but I suppose James Earl Jones already had a gig in that regard...
