Question about PS Actions.

Hi Everyone,

I have been on a bit of a roll creating actions lately.

One thing, I have not yet been able to figure out how to put a pause into an action for user input.
A simple example would be a luminance sharpening action. I would start with a colour mode change to Lab Colour, select lightness channel in the channels palette, then select Unsharp Mask. Now what I would like to do is pause the action at this point so that I can set USM values. When I click OK to USM the action would continue to completion.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Matt

Duh! Serious case of brain fade there. About to answer my own question. The blank boxes next to each step in the action. Click to toggle all dialogs on/off. Ctrl click to toggle individual dialogs on/off.

Cheers

Easy-peazy
In the action menu click on menu item/stop action. Be sure to click the "allow continue" box. You can type any instructions in the text box so that other users know what to do.

AFAIK, you should tick a checkbox "Toggle dialog on/off" on the left hand

EDIT: All right. You've found it youself :)
