My new VR lens and Monopod (Humerous)

Postby Pauld on Sat Jun 18, 2005 10:55 pm

Hi all

Weather was ordinary today so I could not get outside to shoot any photos. So I thought I would build myself a little light tent and grabbed some spare lamps and see what I could come up with.

I thought a lego man and a camera would make a good avatar, while I was at it I thought why not stick a huge lens on the end of it for a bit of fun.

It is probably about as close as I will get to a VR lens for a little while as the finances are a little low at the moment.

Anyway I had fun playing around with the setup and the photos didn't come out to bad.

I have been thinking about coming to the Melbourne meet, just have to check with the other half if the day is free. Its not that I have to much time on my hands, it was the first Saturday I have had free from looking at houses for two months and the weather was just not playing fair. :)

Really cool, Pauld. Especially like the second one.
