How do I get access to this part of the forum? I would lke to reply to an issue in there, but I don't have the "special access".

That is part of the members only area. To get access you need to have made at least 30 meaningful posts and put at least one image up for critique. You're halfway there  Peter

Don't forget that attendance at minimeets (and other events) also counts towards your post count. As a guide, I place a value of about 10 messages on one minimeet attendance.
