Place your post in the FOR SALE section, and I'm sure someone will look after it for you.

Wendell can't use medium format yet.

He's been asking me to bring one in.

Maybe after he sees how big the negatives are on them, he'll have to save for a digital back that costs more than the system itself!

I still think I'd prefer an RD1.

Holey moley, that's one big mo-fo digital back.

224Mb files - how convenient.

I wonder how many fps it can handle? :D

Their lossless compression gives a 47 MB file though, which is positively tiny. ;) Serious amount of pixels for a serious amount of dough! Shoots 35 frames per minute Greg.

By better do you mean "poorer"?

And this isn't a camera, informer.

This is the back of a camera.

Please excuse me Nnnnsic, I'm a noobie. I won't ever open my mouth here till I graduate from Absolutely Beginners Question forum.

Please ask away.

We have a policy that's very strictly enforced heer, and it includes a philosophy that there's no such thing as a stupid question. It's only by asking that you'll learn.

In this instance, we're referring to what are known as medium format cameras, the best of which are Hasselblad. The cameras use a larger film format than 35mm (6cm x 6 cm is typical) and while they share many similarities with 35mm/DSLR cameras, such as interchangable lenses, these are also totally modula cameras in that you buy the viewfinder, interchangeable film back, and a number of other accessories separately from the camera body.

Here, we'd be replacing the standard film back with this 39MP one ... but understand that this film back, alone, costs quite a bit more than your Nissan.

Not to mention that it's a medium format blur.
