Has anyone seen the new Nikon PRO magazine?

It has stacks of D2x pics, printed large. Looks absolutely incredible.

WARNING: If you can't afford a D2x, don't look at his magazine, it WILL make you want one. (Birdie, do you have any in stock? be prepared for a rush)

There is also an article on a french photog who shoots naked girls for a living, well worth a read if this sounds like a pleasant occupation :)

Bottom line is I will definately be contacting Birdie to purchase a D2x very shortly.

I saw a copy of it at the mini meet last week.
Some beautiful shots in there.
I also got to play with one, D2x, so I already want one

Where does one locate a copy of this magazine?

Thankyou Birdie!

Oneput - I was given the magazine by a friend of mine, he had two. He may have got them from Europe, as it only has the price in Euros on the front - 7 Euros. Sorry I can't be more help.

Good find Rok, helps a bit, but there are subscription fees.

Was the version that everyone has seen the one with the penguins on the front - dated 04/05?

So far as Sydney is concerned I find that copies of Nikon Pro are always plentiful at European Camera Specialists in Drummoyne or Vanbar in Camperdown.

I wish Wendell - but that kind of thing would probably cause lots of problems... Can see the short term benefits

One problem would be that you would see so many perfect bodies - could you ever be happy with one? And when that one started to age and sag, would you trade it in for a newer model?

I can't help but draw parallels to camera bodies here, but I think there is some truth in what I have said.

HB,
But can you try out but not buy?
As other member from another thread about Sigma 30/1.4 stated: "Try before buy it"

Makes sense mate

For example, I tried the D2x earlier, and now I intend to buy :D
