Epson P-2000...Hi all,
A friend of mine is in HK at the moment and he has picked up an Epson P-2000 40gb multimedia storage for AU$650. It also came with a free Epson R310 printer. Just wondering if anyone's used this printer and can recommend the best photopaper to use. Cheers, Jase. Jase - 'Motorcycle Gallery' - 'Car Gallery'
The Epson R310 is a nice printer to have, it prints quality photo upto A4.
Well recommended it to you. It's not superb as the R800 but it will do the jobs with its range. Birddog114

Jase, I have one and it seems to work well with anything you throw at it which is gloss or semi gloss. Never really tried it on B&W or any matte papers. I have used Epson and Kodak, nothing really nice or esoteric

Yeah, I was really surprised about the price and even more surprised about the free printer being an Epson R310. I was going to sell it off, but that changed my mind. My friend said it was originally AU$700 for the deal and the best they could do was AU$650. Shame they couldn't do any better.
Hell, I think I would have saved around $500 compared to buying that sort of combo here! Jase - 'Motorcycle Gallery' - 'Car Gallery'
I might move to O/S Birddog114
