Hi there,

I process all of my images in aRGB colour space. Now that I have my own website and am displaying images on the net I need to be able to convert copies of them from aRGB to sRGB...

How can I do this in photoshop CS2? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'm not liking how photos look after conversion though

I think rather Edit->Mode->Convert to profile.

Hi Paul,

It's under the Edit menu. Convert to Profile (fourth option from the bottom). It is recommended to use Adobe (ACE) engine, cos Microsoft sucks. For rendering intent, choose between relative colorimetric or perceptual.

Perceptual is recommended if you want to display on web.

The other options are ill suited or mostly not of interest in this case.

"assign profile" would be used for an image that has come from a source that has no profile, but you are fairly sure of what it should be (eg a digicam typically would be sRGB, but often dont tag an image with a profile).
