Whats the difference?

Postby gMaster on Tue Aug 16, 2005 6:46 pm

Whats the difference between
AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G IF-ED <- MAXWELL
and
70-200mm f/2.8D VR G-AFS ED-IF <- USA

Notice the f/2.8D and f/2.8G

Thanks

there is no difference between them, they are the same product. Maxwell and USA Nikon just write it differently. But you can get a 'grey' or 'black' coloured lens

gMaster,
I don't quite understand your question.
No such of difference in between the 70-200VR USA or Maxwell, and they are all G lens, the wording might be around but it's the one and it's the same.

I was looking at the B&H website, and they have that as f/2.8D .. probably its a typo at their end. It should say f/2.8G instead.
