a hood (HN-22) for a AF Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8D at a reasonable price. I do not want to buy the factory to purchase it.

What's the filter thread for that lens?

You might be able to wander into a CGCS and just get an older style screw-in hood.

But can not be used with a TLA body unless expensive adaptor bought... And dont bother using e-TLA for to long as i-TLA will be out and incompatible with everything but an i-TLA body which everyone will want

Well, strictly speaking, I suppose so.

According to this

http://www.brainyencyclopedia.com/encyc ... l/tla.html

the enhanced (or extended) TLA is an ETLA, which is in itself and ETLA.

And thus we continue to go 'round in ever decreasing circles, until we disappear ....
