Took a look at his sample shots, fairly soft, lacking in detail and a fair bit of noise to boot. Suppose it's pretty impressive for a phone, but it's no slr.

How can you go past these phones, f2.8 through their whole focal range. Stubbsy, you have let the cat out of the bag, I was going to sell my lenses slowly and replace them all with this phone.
As a side note, as it is implied he is a pro photog, wont his clients be happy to read he is now using a camera phone

Have you seen the samples? I really like the one of Terry Lane. It is the same Terry Lane as on ABC radio. I wondered about that when I saw the byline. He looks very dour.
