Look at Lowepro Lenstrekker 600AW, I use it with my 200-400VR and 500AF-S

The fourth now and will be gone next week to the new home., I never have this type of lens in my hand more than 1 week, the soon it landed here, I have people came, looked and grabed it off my hand.

I want the lens + 1.4tc for the end of oct 30/31 so I have it for the melb cup weekend (have a week off). Let me know when I should order by and I'll have the money over to you.

Ok, I was planning on getting the money over in the next week or so. Was going to hold off until the end of this month. However if you think it'll be safer to order now, then I will do so.

I have a Santa sack stored at home doing nothing at the moment

Just looking at some bags today.

Price of the 600AW looks reasonable. Also had a look at the Super and Pro Trekker AWII but at $550Au they look fairly costly

Pro Trekker is a huge big bag and it's not convenience as the 600AW.

Well the Protrekker had similar internal length as the 600AW.
The Supertrekker on the other hand was an extra 10CM longer I think.

I don't know why you want the bigger size? I think the 600AW is more than enough with me.

I'm mainly looking for something that doesn't look like a big lens bag dude.

Others on nature forums have suggested a big waterproof hiking bag that you could line with padding and polystyrene at the bottom for knock protection.

a big waterproof hiking bag is three times heavy then normal bag.
