Bogen Grip Action Ball Head

Got a chance to use this ball-head:

Storm has one, and I really liked it, but I'd like an opinion from some ppl that own other types or possibly had this type longer.

I have a bogen 3046 tripod now, but it has an older video head on it with no tilt for portrait. I desperately need a new head and I'm looking for something to cover the photographic gamut (nature, portraits, weddings, action, etc.)

This seemed to fit the bill, and was SUPER easy to reposition with the grip handle, but admittedly I did only use it for 15 or 20 minutes.

I have the 222RC (vertical grip, not horiz) on my monopod. Find it very very useful.

Oneputt has the 322RC on his tripod - he should be along in a little while!

Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes.
