Is it just me ? The under chin area seems rather noisy? Or is it texture on the material the doll is cast from?

It is a little noisy in the shadow areas. The whole image seems under exposed a little. It was shot in pretty poor lighting.

Sweet. Congrats on the purchase. Your model seems a bit wooden (or plasticky) though. Maybe you need to work on that for next time

She looks too plastic for me, go slow on your PP airbrush next time.
