I've just received an email from Poon this morning: He'll arrive in Sydney on the 9th December and will have my 200-400 with him, so I'll have my early Xmas present. Members can have a test drive it on Saturday 18. Birddog114

Re: My 200-400VR
G'day Birddog, After all the help you've given us with stuff, I'm glad you've shouted yourself a new toy to play with.... Enjoy mate! Cheers, Mudder.
Well done Birdy
With a lens like that, Mr. Poon will be able to see Australia shortly after takeoff from Chek Lap Kok! and you'll be able to see him arrive back in Hong Kong after his visit! (well almost) Cheers Graham
Fantastic Birdy - but you will need a bigger garden hehe
You deserve your present Cheers Chris Chris

400mm isn't really all that long.
Birddog,
In view of what has happened to you this week re bank (s), this is truly excellent news. A 200-400VR, I don't think I could even fit it in my study/bedroom at home. I am just as pleased with my 70-200VR received yesterday ex Poon fozzie
When people ask what equipment I use - I tell them my eyes.
Great to see you’re getting your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow Birdy
Could not think of any one more deserving ATM Cheers Ray >> All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism<<
