My backorder list is now long enough!

Who knows Birdy, perhaps the D200 is just around the corner? Be interesting to see, but it's sad that the D70s is not more readily available.

The backorder list started in September and it's now grown high.

Nikon may busy making other new bodies and forget the D70s

i hope not Birddog! I love my D70 but, having said that - BRING ON THE D200!!!! I am oh so ripe for it, as long as i keep saving.

Oh how I wish I could birddog. I'm working all the figures and I'm down to selling the wife and kids. What gets me is that I'm thinking about doing it, just to get my paws on one!! Then again you never know what will happen. There is always hope.

Hopefully 2nd hand D70 prices will increase enough for us to trade them in for a D200, if and whenever they arrive :wink:

Not at all.

I'm simply commenting on the ordering process; I have no input nor information about any products, announced or otherwise, and the term "product" was used in its most generic sense.
