Suggestion:- Review Section

Postby Glen on Mon Aug 23, 2004 5:09 pm

Hi everyone, my suggestion is we have a review page, where people can review accessories they have. The reviews do not have to be of new products, just any products which may be useful to a D70 user. Eg could be ccd cleaning solution, an older lens like Gary's 50mm 1:4 or something exotic like one of Birddog's 80-400VR or 70-200VR.

edit: Reviews don't have to be very long, just a paragraph or two to get the idea if the product is useful or not, good value or not, etc

Hi Glen

No need for a poll on this one; Leigh and I spoke about this over the weekend and had already decided to put one in place.

It's simply a matter of (Leigh) making the time and doing it.

Thanks Gary, I think it would be wonderful to hear other members opinions about different products. We may even be able to suggest to members to review their own items. eg I am getting the Compactdrive PSD and Birddog is getting the new Transcend PSD, I am sure many members would be interested to hear about these style of products. It is also nice to have all the reviews and opinions in one spot for easy reference.

ps Once again Gary thanks for getting this site up and running 8)

Ok, the section has been added.

Now go and post a review or ten.
