If you reserve the right to purchase a prize-winning photo, what happens if the photographer says no? purchase seems to imply a regular sale, but i'm pretty sure you can decline to sell things to people for whatever reason you like.. it's your good/service after all..

Well reserving the right to buy is better than "all entries become the property of Afga Pty Ltd"...

Odd how in the last competition, they were giving away a D70 but now they've downgraded to a 300D.

EDIT: Oh I see... an E-1... wow... a good camera with a useless lens system... well, you could always sell the camera and buy either another body or a really nice lens.

Good ol' ebay could come to the rescue and provide a bit of cash to buy some decent gear!
