Hello,

I'm a new member here and want to thank D70Users.com and their users for such an incredibly informative website.

I would like to ask if there is a minimum number of posts members must make in order to qualify to purchase items from Birddog? I am sure I have read this somewhere but I can't for the life of me find where.

Thank you

In fact, 30 posts is the essential guideline PLUS sticking where your from (your location) in your profile... however, an image posting is great, and if you can attend a mini-meet (if you're near one or what-not) then that'll count for extra.

Welcome Jumbuck. Look forward to seeing your work. :)

BTW, "Australia" as your location won't cut it.

We need to be a bit more definitive than that. Suburb or town plus state is good.

One other point: your posts should be meaningful ones.

Crappy posts, made to simply get your post count up, are treated with the same (absence of) respect that a location like "Australia" is. BTW, are you talking ablout getting access to our bargain prices, or to our merchandise section? If the latter, those are always available.

And if you're in a location where meets are held, attendace at those meets is viewed very favorably.

The bottom line is quality participation in our community: you benefit, as do we. Couldn't be easier.

OK OK, I hear and appreciate what you say. I won't be posting again until I am set and can contribute.

I look forward to being a part of the community.

Bondi is world famous.

As long as you're in London, that is. :)
