Mutiple exposure fun challenge on D200Ok,
Come on all you D200 users - give me some of your IN CAMERA multiple exposures - no photo-shopping of multiple images. Photoshop them all you like any other way. A couple here to show the technique - of course I've moved the camera, but I'm thinking that a multiple exposure continuous high speed shoot of moving action would be good as well,or perhaps some animation in a single photo 2 frame exposure, camera tilted 90 degrees in-between frames: 8 frame exposure, camera tilted a few degress each time until it rotated 180 degrees by the 8th frame. I used the flash as with 8 exposures the photo started getting really dark: Yee haa... D3 | 18-200VR | 50:1.4 | 28:2.8 | 35-70 2.8 | 12-24 f4

When shooting multiple exposures, remember that you need to set your EV to compensate for the number of exposures that you'ree making.
The total exposure that your sensor receives should only ever be the accumlation of what a normal exposure setting for one image should be, so, if you're shooting two frames, each should be at half the desired exposure; if you're shooting 3, each should be at one third, and so on. Of course, if you're shooting two half frames, ignore what I've just said. g.

Ahhh, Gary - I forgot to mention the other beautiful thing about the D200 - there is an 'auto-gain' option in the multiple exposure menu that takes care of all that.

Yeah, if you can't find it the menu item is actually 'multiple exposures for dummies'

Nothing against the lower end users - this is about the camera function in the D200 and seeing how people use it, not the technique
But I am sure sweet multiple exposures from any camera would generate ideas and discussion, so go right ahead... D3 | 18-200VR | 50:1.4 | 28:2.8 | 35-70 2.8 | 12-24 f4
