Holy Bacro Macman!

Just a combination of macro technique. I'd suggest an extension tube rather than a teleconverter though I have no idea the effects of the latter on this set up.

Heck, let's just attach a bellow to that set up and see what we get! It'll be dark as hell looking through the viewfinder though!
