Here is a link to a freebie Paint program that appears on the surface to be better than Gimp. Not really in the same league as Photshop but still not too shabby. The price is right.

It requires the .Net framework so it's not for Mac and Linux users.

I tried this a few months ago and gave it up because it didn't support layer masks which I use a lot. Does it now?

Anyway, GimpSHOP may be more to your liking if you don't like the gimp.

I've got Photoshop, a real copy even.

I just thought I'd post this for people who don't want to fork out for Photoshop.

I only played with it for 10 minutes or so.
